Returns & Exchanges

 

At Doretti Black, every piece is designed to feel and fit just right. We want you to love your Doretti Black pieces. If something isn’t quite right, our return & exchange process is simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility

• Returns within 30 days of delivery (holiday orders placed Nov 1–Dec 25: until Jan 31).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

US Returns & Exchanges

• 1 free exchange per item.
• Returns with our prepaid label: $8 fee (deducted from refund).
• Ship with your own carrier to avoid the fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canada Returns

• Returns only (no exchanges).
• Duties/taxes are not refunded.

Refunds

• Issued to original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
• BNPL refunds go back to your provider; fees may not be refundable.

Special Cases

• Defective/damaged/incorrect items: free return + full refund/replacement.
• Items not meeting conditions may be refused or returned at your expense.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA issuance.

Bundles/Packs

• Exchanges: you can exchange a single item within a pack (size/color swap) without affecting the rest of the pack.
• If you return part of a pack, the kept items will be recalculated at the price of the closest pack tier (or single-item price) that matches the number of items you keep. Any difference between what you originally paid and the recalculated price will be deducted from your refund, plus any applicable return shipping fee.
• Example: If you buy a 3-Pack at $59 per tee ($177 total) and return 1, the 2 kept tees are recalculated at the single-item price of $69 each ($138). Your refund = $177 − $138 − return shipping fee.
